Let me tell ya, training like Raph was great I was focused and in the element I really think of me shifting my mindset from looking at it as working out to training like how the turtles do it is their livelihood and survival does make a difference. #tmnt #tmnt2003 #fitness #training #startingout

I'm feeling the Raph energy today so I will focus on intensity and strength to train today into boxing and weights, and if anyone doesn't know Raphael is from TMNT so yes I will embody him heavy with his mindset, and I'm on an evolving journey and this is perfect for me.

I've been playing around using Canva and it's fun to use I'm teaching myself how to use this application so far so well I create an intro video for a channel I am starting up so I'm so excited I just need to find recording software.
