i like the 4x4 method personally. 4 seconds in, hold for 4, 4 seconds out, hold for 4, repeat. i get into a rhythm 1..2..3..4.. and just focus on that rhythm. i do it so much that i know the pace im supposed to get to even if it starts too fast. i don’t time it, just go until i feel good🤷🏻‍♀️
