I JUST added #22 to this years completion list, mastering Mario All-Stars on RetroAchievements.
Holy moly what a difficult set, I HATED having to play Mario 2 like 5 times, I couldn't stand the controls in Mario 1/Lost Levels but Mario 3 was peak as always.
Productive past month.

Number TWENTY was Undertale!
It took me ten years to finally get around to playing this, it was every bit as great as I hoped it'd be.
Regretfully I've only gotten the neutral ending, I don't really want to do a Genocide run, but I'm tempted for the true ending at the least.

Hardly exciting, annoying music, constantly eating inputs, puzzles only go up to 15x15 (understandable because of GameBoy limitations)
Not a fan.

I have a lot to say about this game, more than 200 characters allow. It's powered by nostalgia for me, but I do love Kalos. You can tell the end to this game is a little rushed, but it'll always get a pass from me. Delightful region.

I have a lot to say about this game, more than 200 characters allow. It's powered by nostalgia for me, but I do love Kalos. You can tell the end to this game is a little rushed, but it'll always get a pass from me. Delightful region.

Number seven was one of the GOATs, Sonic Adventure 2.
Technically this was actually like.. third or fourth, but I wanted to count when I unlocked that last achievement on steam for getting all 180 emblems. It's only the 4th game I have 100% on, on Steam.
Man I love this game.

Wonderful game, great idea and always a blast to explore. Some CBT tier levels here and there but just an amazing journey. Great hack, loved it top to bottom.

I uhh I kinda liked this game a little less than I hoped, it's fun, but the combat is suuuper slow and I just don't love open world games, sorry.
Great story and characters though! Playing as Zelda was cool too!

I uhh I kinda liked this game a little less than I hoped, it's fun, but the combat is suuuper slow and I just don't love open world games, sorry.

Also worth noting, I *technically* fully finished this a lot later, as I was working on RetroAchievements for it.
Mastering this set took A LOT of effort, from getting 30K in DK Arcade (one of the worst games ever imo) to having a damageless run against K Rool. It was tough, but I persisted.
