There needs to be a single word for the type of exhausted you are when you’re trying to work full time, study part time and have a kiddo who can’t attend school and you have to push everyone that’s supposed to help them into doing so.. oh, hang on. I thought of one: FUCKED.

Not all autistics are food restrictive. I love a good tasting menu and this one really delivered. Thinking of starting a blog, “The autistic foodie” where I hyperfocus on what textures and flavours feel like, with a little added synaesthesia for extra flavour…. If I thought anyone would read it!
