I wanted to love this book. Saw so many great reviews... But were they real? I hate to say it, but this was just a bunch of tropes all thrown together with pretty amateur prose. Sure, it's a first novel, but was there an editor? Repetitions everywhere, bland characters, little horror. #horror #books

I was pretty excited to see something Halloween-themed that I had somehow missed. Sadly, this missed the mark for me. Had a good small town vibe and some gruesome kills, but the acting and overall point of the whole thing really took me out of it. Some of the cast are great actors normally. #horror

Finally played what many call the scariest game ever made. I loved it, but guess I should have played 10 years ago to really have had a unique experience. Still, you can see where so many games got their influence. #horror #videogame #videogames #horrorgames

What a rush. Okay, it's a bit easier than other instalments, and it relies so heavily on parrying that it got tedious at some points, but it was still just what I wanted in a Doom game. New concepts and old ideas mashed into a beautiful experience. Cthulhu is there 😜! #horror #horrorgame #videogame

Hard to hate, even though there's not much going for it. Warwick is as good as ever, but the main girl is as dull as salon hair clippings and all the gore seems to have been cut out to keep things more for kids. Not sure who the audience is supposed to be. #horror #horrormovies #horrorfilms
