It's not too late. There is still time for the killer from OPERA to sit on my face. 😭

All them 90's obsessed young ones should get right with the lord. And by get right with the lord I mean get right with WARLOCK: THE ARMAGEDDON.

Described as "a little darker than DEEP SPACE NINE."

Life IS a horror movie.
For instance, one might say that experiencing everyone you know being unbothered enough by genocide to never ever object to it (or outright vehemently support its perpetrators) is a mask-off moment for humanity similar to enduring a moment like this below.

Sometimes I think about (a lot), how the corrupt, evil Lucifer and his incestuous, demonic offspring in THE DEVIL'S ADVOCATE have more class, empathy and likability than the actual devil and his hellspawn currently residing in the White House right now.

That time I was inspired to make this. #DavidLynch #TwinPeaks

1/2 The new HEART EYES trailer is out.
The movie looks like a fun, fantastic, stylish slasher film.
But ope, who fucking cares. Because it is STILL being made by Spyglass, and they STILL donate profits from their films to Israel. Israel, who is currently genociding human beings. Mostly children.

Still thinking about them. #Babygirl

Well in that case...
Just trust me. 😉

3/3 It's only miscalculation of the future is that the corrupt and fascist system might bow to the outrage and retaliatory violence of the American people against it.

2/3 Angela Bassett is at her MOST Angela Bassett bad ass. Juliette Lewis snarls and slinks and tears up the stage with a PJ Harvey cover I MAY prefer over the original. And its more relevant now than it ever was.

1/3 Actually, one needs no other New Years sci-fi, socially conscious, action flick with a dash of slasher horror and a whole helluva lot of ACAB sentiment this holiday, than Kathryn Bigelow's underrated masterpiece, STRANGE DAYS.

Me in the theater this Christmas night feasting my eyes on ALL the blood, bodies, flesh, kink, sex, infidelity, fetishization and theatrical horror. God bless us everyone! #Babygirl #Nosferatu

5/5 I think the latter is a masterpiece and I think the former, INVADERS, like so much of what Hooper has accomplished in cinema, is at least partially, an unsung gem utterly undeserving of the dismissive criticism it receives.
December 21, 2024 at 5:43 PM
4/5 It really works, IMO, on a deeply unsettling primal level of fear that speaks to young ones the same way that nearly the whole of Bob Balaban's low-key, dreamlike surrealism within the body of PARENTS does.
December 21, 2024 at 5:43 PM
3/5 Even the big yellow school bus looms large and menacing like a lurking beast and your own backyard where you play is now a ravenous maw waiting to swallow you (and your parents and the entire town) whole.
December 21, 2024 at 5:43 PM
2/5 Especially if you're a kid.Nearly every childhood staple of comfort is turned against the viewer; Mom and Dad's telegraphed ulterior motives, your elementary teacher taking pleasure in cruelty, your classmates, the television set, the clearly fake façade of the Mayberry-ish Hollywood home.
December 21, 2024 at 5:43 PM
1/5 Before things get a little bit more wacky in the later half, the first act of Tobe Hooper's INVADERS FROM MARS is a delicious, underrated slice of menacing, eerie atmospherics.
