Do you have an elevator pitch for the work you’re doing?

I encourage software engineers (or any technical role) to be able to explain their work simply and clearly:

🔹 What are you doing?
🔹 Why is it important to the business and customer?
🔹 How are you doing it?

Build the right type of trust.
