The Kool-Aid drinking is out of control. And after the inevitable cuts 5 years from now that will come as a result, the same fools will be telling us that it was a bad idea all along in the form of some bullshit social-science education article. (I recognize that SSE and "bullshit" are redundant).

I've not baked this but sour cream is not uncommon in Eastern European pastry. The baking powder here is what is alien. But it looks like it would work ok.
