I've started to do some things with typescript and react-query that I can't decide if I like or not... I don't love repeating the T default in 2 places, but it becomes `unknown` otherwise.

In this case, I think its more about your own design choices. Lately, I’ve been writing multiple query/mutation hooks in ‘use*Screen’ hooks and only passing the context in once. Heres an example for a GPT-related hook:
