OH, brother had an Amiga, which was even more advanced, tho the marketing didn't seem to have the panache.

I did prefer the Mac interface.

I worked for the then Bank of Boston and MIT; the big reason they weren't total Mac shops was that it was nigh-on-impossible to get computers.

Been using Pages online and more recently, locally and it's soooo much better.

Saves to DOCX and PDF nicely, so I find no reason to use Word except at work.

We are downsizing and I'm finding new homes for a lifetime of accumulation. Moving out of the country.

Lost to me. I'd moved from Baltimore; selling remotely.

The house was broken into. They stole my stainless steel sinks and prep table and copper pipes. They didn't care to shut off the water.

Also, lost a ~1957(?) Gazelle, with mechanical brakes, canvas panniers, and rubber fender splash guards.

I have a PowerBook G3 Lombard, with the bronze keyboard. Discontinued in FEB 2000.
