I’m saddened by the news of Meechie’s passing this morning.
Days after he turned 33 years young.
Thank you for being a lively figure in the Richmond, VA community.
You always made people smile and laugh.
Thanks for being a supportive friend as well.

Finally found an Ethiopian spot around my way!
Haven’t had Ethiopian food since I lived in Virginia when I used to be at Addis often for food and Tuesday Verses (IYKYK).
This is the happiest I’ve ever been after a meal. The Awaze Tibs took me back home.

I FOUGHT to hit 405 on barbell hip thrusts today. I laughed at the end because I couldn’t believe I did it.
Now if I could get my deadlift to go from a 335 to 405, I’d be set.
Current bodyweight: 154 lbs.
Side note: I got BIG legs for my height & weight.

Had to honor to help an artist, RECKLE$$ get his latest single, “Type Shit,” played on air & get him his 1st ever radio interview.
We also talked about my 3rd poetry book and more.
