So Indiana's 11 wins don't matter? Do Alabama's 3 losses, two of which were against 6 loss teams, matter?

Indiana - P4 team and only regular season loss was a road game at Ohio State

SMU - P4 team who lost their conference championship on a last second field goal. I do not think the committee should penalize a team for playing an extra game outside of the regular season.
