Lately I'm trying to find my voice digitally. So here is a panda enjoying an orangeade designed for a sticker, done on Procreate ☺️

Tämä ehkä ei ole mitään "klassista" omakuvaa mutta se kuitenkin kuvittaa, kuka minä olen 😊
Tehty vuonna 2021 akryylillä !

Minulla on hyviä uutisia Suomessa asuville ystäville ! 😊
I'm participating to my very first Art market in Helsinki !!! 🎉

Very recently I finished this commission of a little sea otter for the daughter of a friend. This friend had already commissioned me a little lion for her first son. They now both have their totem animal 😊
And I really loved to paint the colourful background leaves in particular !

Hello ! Today I've just finished painting for a commission ☺️ And because I don't want to reveal the whole before its owner sees it, here are a couple of close-ups in the meantime 🪷🐚

Just finished this little fairy for a challenge 😊 The rules were to be inclusive and add a particularity to the fairy, and to associate it with a spring flower or plant.
I went with a fairy with albinism, awakening the scilla luciliae, to match the purple hues of her eyes ☺️

Actually I got maybe carried away a bit too fast 😅 I have better fitting ones, like my little sea turtle or this cut paper illustration from 2014 (already !!)

A few years ago, I did a series of illustrations about the four elements.
I turned water into ice, but I guess it still suits the theme 😊❄️

I will be participating to a Spring Art market in Jyväskylä next Saturday (it was not planned at first!).
My reading companion bookmarks will be there as well, but I don't know when I will redo some if they run out.
They're still available on my shop if you're interested but would fear to miss em 😊

A little late to the party... Or not ? 😉

If you see this, post a bunny 🐇

Steps 4 to 7 !
April 9, 2025 at 12:04 PM
I've got one last thing to share about my reading companions bookmarks : the process !
I thought I couldn't share it because it's more than 4 images, but I'll just continue in the comments 🙂

Since today I had a day off and tomorrow as well, I am taking the opportunity to seriously move on with my current project.
Result of the day : first illustration down ! ☺️✨

Hello ! I'm stressing while preparing new products and I would like to have your opinion on this one.
Would you see yourself rather go for white or dark background for those A5 prints ? (Dark background and not black, and on textured paper)
Thank you ! 🙂

Thank you for the artshare ! 😊
I'm Justine and I illustrate traditionally mainly cute and soft things. My favourite theme is animals (mainly from the forest) and I love to turn my work into stationery ☺️
Happy Friday !

I precisely did a retrospective after my last Christmas market.
This is market in 2016 vs in 2024.
I could grab a big, full table only thrice, so the rest of the time the space feels a bit tight, but I try to optimize 🙂

Quickly draw what you’re wearing, 5 mins max!

I am still very insecure about my sketches so I feel extremely vulnerable sharing this.
But the challenge was short and fun, and I currently have nothing to do at work, so 🙂

(And yes, it is COLD inside)

My first illustration of 2025 is finally here 🥳
It feels so relieving to have it out. I'm more motivated to move on now, more exciting little projects waiting to be made ! 🙂

This is part of a September challenge (yes I'm late), the Witch Academy. This one was for the spells class !

Wow, the Bluesky community keeps growing !
Thank you for the art share 🙂
I'm Justine, a traditional illustrator for young and older souls. I love to paint cute animals in particular, and I do sometimes children's books !
I wish I had something new but not quite yet. So here are some oldies 🙂
