I keep thinking we’ve hit rock bottom with the bullshit MAGA and especially the puffy Cheeto are pulling, but noooooo. $400mm “gift”? Habeas Corpus “temporarily” suspended? I thought I felt the tide turning, but I think the bottom is still a ways off unfortunately.

My youngest daughter and I were discussing what will, or is possible to happen and she brought up Handmaid’s Tale. I hadn’t read this book in years, but holy cow, I can see the similarities with Project 2025. Just as I see the 1930’ Germany and today’s United States.
