One of my first AI projects—finally published!

This one led me down a rabbit hole of transforms and interpolations.

We applied a U-Net to identify landmarks on head CTs, enabling consistent alignment of specific structures.

Just published! Our new method for assessing hippocampal segmentation accuracy. We reviewed 6 algorithms, directly analyzing voxel intensities to determine what was actually hippocampus. TLDR: The dedicated hippocampal algorithms won out over whole brain segmentations. Next up: 3T vs. 7T!
