Environment Canada snow warning for #HamOnt
Text reading: What: Snowfall accumulations of 15 to 20 cm possible. Reduced visibility in heavy snow. When: Continuing tonight. Additional information: Snow associated with a fast moving low pressure system will continue tonight. The heaviest snowfall is expected this evening. A narrow band of lake enhanced snow may develop off Lake Ontario impacting the area overnight. This may lead to snowfall amounts approaching 20 cm. There still remains a high degree of uncertainty as to whether or not the lake enhanced band develops. If it doesn't, then snowfall amounts will be in the 10 to 15 cm range. The snow will taper to flurries early Sunday morning. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become difficult to navigate due to accumulating snow.

There was a soapy situation at a downtown Hamilton park Monday morning as the Gore Park fountain overflowed with bubbles.
Like a dish-washing exercise gone wrong, suds spilled over the fountain's shallow concrete basin and onto the ground nearby.

A Hamilton man is relieved that his parents are safe in Canada after fleeing Gaza.

Police charged a #HamOnt woman, 39, with careless driving after they say she ran over a cyclist while turning into a downtown parking lot on Monday morning. The cyclist broke her pelvis and required surgery.

Since 2021, Jones' team has released over 21,000 caterpillars and larvae at around 30 locations across Ontario.
