yeah this is the reason i put it on the side for several months--Marvel Champions is an hobby in itself haha

i only have the core box and i'm enjoying it a lot, and i'm not especially into marvel stuff

same here! i got into solo board gaming fairly recently and haven’t looked back

i haven’t tried Tapestry yet--probably for the best since i’ve already blown my budget on new game haha

right now, i’m back to Marvel Champions

so, if you’re looking for something new in 2025, here’s my invitation: try a solo board game

not because it’s trendy or productive or anything like that. just to see what it feels like to play again

they’re buying new games, spending quiet evenings immersed in these little worlds

what i’ve noticed is it’s never really about the games themselves. it’s about finding this lost part of yourself—this sense of play that you didn’t even realize was missing
