Today's practice was the Fut Gar Mantis Drill plus the Butterfly Fist. It was a beautiful sunset with buzzards sailing in the bright blue sky.

I did a bunch of Fut Gar Kung Fu today. A specific form called Hua or Flower. I love the complex footwork and the short powerful strikes.

I practiced Baguazhang as the stars came out to play. Phoenix and Tiger changes tonight. Then Golden Bell training. A deep taste of pleasure.
