The response re: Harvard shouldn't be "tax churches!" Religious orgs (including humanist/atheist orgs) will lose exempt status & move to Public Good exemption brackets (nonprofits).

Thus, politicians will choose who is exempt, furthering some agendas, silencing others.

This actually *helps* Trump!

Let's just imagine Canada becomes state. I don't think Trump (or at least Republicans) would politically appreciate it. If they're one state, that's equal to California's Electoral College votes. More likely each Province would be it's own state, so goodbye Congressional majority while you're at it!
