Do you ever get a feeling, not necessarily a premonition, that something catastrophic is happening or about to? Like a tragedy or major event is pending? Or something major is shifting? I’m not necessarily a believer in that sort of thing but I’ve been sensing something.

#Alzheimer's is awful. I care for my mom. She is declining faster now. She tells me she knows we are related but doesn’t know my name. I can see fear in her eyes when she struggles to remember people. She tells me she feels like she’s loosing her mind. I can only care for her and comfort her.

#Alzheimer’s I’m caring for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. She is rapidly declining now. It’s incredibly sad. It’s a gift to spend time with her but incredibly heartbreaking to witness the decline. Today my mom didn’t remember who I was until I told her. I’m losing my mom a little every day. 💔

#Alzheimer’s I’m caring for my mom who has Alzheimer’s. She is rapidly declining now. It’s incredibly sad. It’s a gift to spend time with her but incredibly heartbreaking to witness the decline. Today my mom didn’t remember who I was until I told her. I’m losing my mom a little every day. 💔
If you work in #technology … do you have issues sleeping? I find that tech field employees seem to have chronic insomnia. A long sleep for me is 6 hours. I seem to sleep 4-6 hours. How many hours are you sleeping? If you don’t have chronic insomnia what are you doing to get the zzzzs in?
