Also, there's also an image there with sketches of Daichi and Kousuke plus the artist provided an English version of the texts there. It's pretty much how Daichi became fat and Kousuke got fit as they grow up. One of the Kousuke sketch there showed him flexing his abs. :P

Well I can't rely much on that translate thing but I do believe (but correct me if I'm wrong) it's saying like the backstory was like an "anime first" thing. No wonder I ain't finding anything but there it is now.
