Informal Sport Contributes to Health Outcomes:

The further you are from key decisions about the game, the more likely it is you are playing formal sport. In Physical Education this can mean skills and tactics become a priority focus. In sport, it can mean being locked into a format that lacks flexibility. doi.org/10.1177/0193...
