SCORE: 8/10
This isn't my favorite Lorde album BUT it was a nice return to form following Solar Power (which I've come to love over time lol.) Virgin takes us back to the moody deep vibes of Melodrama with an original flare of it's own for good measure.

8. VIRGIN BY LORDE
SCORE: 8/10

SCORE: 9/10
This is Demi's best album. Literally some of her best work in years. This isn't to say her previous works were bad, but this one just like the perfect release of energy we all needed. Highly recommend if you're down for a good time.

An animated movie musical has once again taken over the masses and for once, it's NOT Disney. K-Pop Demon Hunters brought back the magic of animated musicals & solid runtimes (90 minutes, my beloved.) Bangin' soundtrack too.

The Pool Gang were all created at different points throughout the 2020's and only came together as the quartet we know today cuz I created a perfect dynamic among them that brought me joy.
Regardless, ALL of them were created with the purpose to see more leading queer black folks on screen.
