To avoid wasting my time, I asked #Uber to remove my account after using it for 10 years. I'm not sure if the company understands that we have plenty of options in #Europe: #Bolt and #Heetch for rides, and #JustEat and #Deliveroo for food.

#JustEatUK If you've ever needed to complain in person to this company you will know how difficult they make it. Upon trying to cancel an order due to a recent terrible experience, I noticed that the contact number for JE on PayPal turned out to be for Elite Loft Conversions 🙄

Don't touch @justeatukpress.bsky.social as they prioritise the supplier and not the consumer. Just closed my account after pretty lousy service from a vendor that I've regularly used and was offered a pitifulblevel of compensation. Consumer not properly looked after by this company.
