Every year thousands of physicians go unmatched in residency with no chance of continuing on to a career in medicine due to caps in funding. The US needs to stop wasting its intellectual capacity like this.

With all the health misinformation, I thought I'd post this pyramid for evaluating health claims.
Just because something appears in a scientific journal, that doesn’t mean we can automatically take it as solid evidence that supports a particular health claim.
