Seeing Katsuki doing everything so that Izuku can become a hero again by his side, she probably wishes she could have the same thing, doing everything for Toga with her alive and well by her side.😭😭😭

And of course, the one who sees this is Katsuki, who has his eyes on Izuku the entire time. Bro probably worries abt Izuku’s ember more than his own fcked up hand.🤭

And perhaps, he thought if he couldn’t save himself, he wants to at least save his friend from the same pain. It’s hypocrite, but very Izuku who wants to save everyone from the pain they feel.😭

Izuku carries that and live with it for the rest of his life. Perhaps, that’s why he refuses to become a full time hero. Because he either feels unworthy, or he’s afraid of not being able to save someone again.

Izuku who wanted to be a hero to save, but he ends up taking a life instead. Like Spinner told him, Shigaraki wasn’t just a villain. He was a hero and a friend to Spinner, and Izuku took that away. That pain in his chest, that guilt, that blood on his hands;—

this shows Izuku has known Kacchan long enough to know that Kacchan isn’t that kind of person. Katsuki might be loud and flashy, but it has never been abt wanting attention or recognition of others. And Izuku knows that.🧡💚

“What?” Izuku breathes, and Katsuki watches how those green eyes widen at his words.

“‘M gonna court you, Izuku. ‘M gonna fucking court you until you become mine,” Katsuki says determinedly with fire in his eyes.

one that burns deep inside his chest and down to his very core.

“Is that so? Then ‘m just gonna fucking steal you from that fucker then,” Katsuki declares, red eyes burning with a passion he has never felt before, and he smirks as he looks into those green eyes that are staring at him.

“I- That- Why does that even matter?! Why do you want to know if I’m mated or not?! I might have someone courting me!” Izuku exclaims, and that makes Katsuki feel a certain fire in him and his Alpha.

A kind of fire he has never felt before,—

“I know, but I can tell. You don’t have a fucking claim on you, and your room smells perfectly of just your sweet, heavenly scent,” Katsuki says, smirking as he looks at how the beautiful Omega flushes even redder from Katsuki’s mention of his scent.

“‘M gonna take that as a no then,” Katsuki grins cheekily as he leans forward in bed, folding his arms over his chest as he watches how those green eyes gaze at him.

“I- I didn’t say that!” Izuku exclaims, frowning as he glares at Katsuki.

and how his freckled cheeks flush a cute, strawberry red at Katsuki’s direct question. “Wha- What?! Why- Why are you asking me that?! I- I- I don’t think we know each other enough for me to say if I’m mated or not!”
