This! They did improve in the off season, despite what the doomers say. But to have two major pieces of that rebuild, if you will, hurt out the gate is just pain. I didn't hate the first two periods of the Avs game, I think Lyon absolutely kept us in, but they played decent enough. I have no idea

I hate that that team was so good. I sit at the games, look at the banners and wonder if we should go back to them and hate myself for it. The unis were so bad, the team, so good.
