Almost exclusively defined by Pop-Punk and Leeds United.
What’s the context for this? It feels very random, like Clarkson just trying to gain some clout to stay relevant,

How can the richest man on earth simultaneously also be the uncoolest man on earth. Why is he so cringe inducing ALL THE TIME?

James, I love you but can you give us a heads up when you’re going to talk about UPFs I keep missing it live and thus missing my chance to call in!

Also, Open Food Facts is a very good app.

things, especially if she is being outspoken on certain things. I don’t pretend to know everything she’s ever voted for either and this wasn’t intended to cause an argument so please take my comments in good faith.

Fair play, it’s not a hill I’m going to die on defending her. I just think the “They’re all the same” cliche gives the bad ones a free ride. Is a strongly worded letter enough? Probably not, but she deserve the same amount of vitriol as someone in cabinet? I think not as they are very separate
November 19, 2025 at 2:04 PM
Genuine question because I’m not pretending to have followed he career very closely. What has she lied through her teeth about?
November 19, 2025 at 1:58 PM
Each to their own, I wouldn’t use the word lie because I think Stella has good intentions and she has done some good work previously. A lot of the back benchers are innocent bystanders, but to equate Polanski with Farage is ludicrous.

He did concede it was unlikely Putin would give up his weapons but felt it was important to negotiate anyway. I think you’re being a bit disingenuous with that.

Besides there’s only one leader Labour aping and it’s not Polanski.
November 18, 2025 at 11:28 PM
Yes that perfectly summarises where I am with Labour. School breakfast clubs is great but ultimately meaningless to me when I’m being frogmarched out of the country and deported to God knows where by a Reform government.

All you’re doing is shifting the bureaucratic goalposts with the constant re-evaluation. As I said it’s not a policy I would enforce as it would waste huge amounts of money and be ineffective but I don’t fully understand/buy into the cruelty aspect of it.
November 16, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Yes but Asylum and Immigration are two separate things. We absolutely need more immigration and should welcome Asylum seekers if they are in danger, but I don’t think not giving indefinite leave to remain if their country of origin becomes safe again is a particularly cruel measure.
November 16, 2025 at 11:13 PM
It feels like unnecessary red beaurocracy that will undoubtedly cost billions and be ineffective but I don’t think it’s necessarily cruel, just a bit pointless. They should put their energy into re-opening safe and legal routes.
November 16, 2025 at 8:23 AM
Genuine question as i am generally pro immigration & pro asylum but why is this policy actually that bad? As long as we’re not sending anyone back to somewhere dangerous isn’t it just akin to a visa ending? Am I missing something here?
