Off topic but you write very good reminders ma sha Allah. I found out about this app through your account, after reading one of your reminder posts on another app. I was wondering if you have any recommendations for other accounts on this space that are likewise wholesome and beneficial?

Me too, sometimes I worry if it's bad now how is it going to be for our next generation. But I remind myself that it's the effort we exert on ourselves that matters. Each person lives their own 'flavor of life' so if we cultivate something good it will seep into the areas of life that we influence.

It just goes to show how valuable our attention is. We must treat it like a prized commodity, giving it out to what is worthy. And what is everlasting is more worthy than what is temporary.

maybe its curiousity and adventure who become timid. Because they are not alone in the vehicle anymore. There's responsibility, who is so serious, and social propriety, who seems so uptight. Perhaps when we get older, we are the ones who need to give curiousity and adventure a little smile and nudge

I'd like to think that it's just a switch on who is behind the drivers seat. In our youth, curiosity and adventure had the wheel, driving us with an infectious joy to explore the world. But as we get older, and the experiences from our explorations pile up...
