The good news is that it’s entirely possible for NYC to expand/improve its bus service, such as:
- Deploying more buses
- Adding more bus lanes
- Consolidating bus stops
- Using all-door boarding

All of this would cost way less than the ~$1B/year of fare-free buses.

the constitution enumerates powers for the executive. it was also amended to specifically limit executive service to two full terms. “i found a loophole that gives me unlimited power and also a third term” is just another way to say “i have decided to ignore the constitution in favor my will.” (4)
