Mimic Octopus (Thaumoctopus mimicus) is known for its ability to camouflage over 15 different animals. First discovered in Indonesia in 1998, the species ranges from the Red Sea to the Gulf of Oman. Mimicked species include Lionfish, Jellyfish and starfish. Each leg has its own neural network.

Electric eels; genus electrophorus, aren't actually eels at all. They're actually gymnotiformes or knife-fish, meaning they're more closely related to catfish than eels. The 3 species of Electric eel are all nocturnal, sensing mostly through electrolocation. They can generate up to 860V.

The Portuguese Man O'War (physalia physalis) isn't actually a species of jellyfish. Instead they're a colonial species made up of zooids. Making them a species of Siphonophore and part of siphonorora. They're the only species in it's genus and the only genus in it's family.

Shoebills (balaeniceps rex) also known as whale-headed storks aren't actually a species of stork. In reality they're closely related to pelicans, belonging to the order pelecaniformes. Their closest living relative is the Hamerkop (scopus umbretta). Shoebills are found from Zambia to South Sudan.

Dasypeltis is a genus of non-venomous snakes that are commonly known as egg-eating snakes. There are 18 species of snakes recognised in this genus. This genus along with the monotypic genus Elachistodon are the only snakes who have adapted to be able to eat eggs. Dasypeltis are found through Africa.
