I ran across someone saying they wanted to call their lawmakers to speak up. However, about what? Their answer "Well everything really. Why are y'all acting like fools? That is all." They were right. It's hard to pick just one thing when the options are so plentiful. 🤦‍♀️

It's any items outside the essentials that are seeing very slow sales. Consumer confidence is extremely low and they're spending on necessities not luxuries. Either they're just barely able to make ends meet or they're afraid of what's going to happen in the near future with tariffs and such.

All the things that we could address in Arkansas like making sure kids aren't going hungry, and seniors or those on disability at least can afford medication. But no, elected representatives are worried about those horrible trans people and their haircuts. arkleg.state.ar.us/Legislators/...

This is exactly what I'm doing. Staying informed but I won't let it own me or my thoughts. And I won't let it ruin my health (physical or mental.)

I go to a gym where a group of guys that are 65+ come in 3 times a week to work out. They are so positive and encouraging to each other and others around. One of them had a stroke recently, and the fact he already works out regularly has been a huge boost to his recovery.

This looks like the St Louis Zoo. I did a behind the scenes tour of the penguin exhibit. It was one of the coolest moments of my life.

It was a gorgeous day to be outside and taking it all in. Stress reduction, exercise, and beautiful scenery. Can't beat that!

A local florist who is in an old Sonic restaurant building wanted one of the poles in front of the place wrapped. I did the wrap, it was about 6 feet tall and an absolute blast to get creative and make it. I was hooked.
