Oh for sure, the whiplash going from SF to Paris was harsh. Finally felt like people had gained some amount of cold courtesy and then hard reset to “let’s meet in the smallest room possible so I can cough into your mouth.”

Starting work in France three months ago, this surprised me the most. So willing to skip work for literally anything else but not for the chance to cough all over everyone.
