As a disabled veteran who has benefited from assistance from multiple veterans charities I’m more angry about the right weaponising the poppy than I am of people expressing their freedom to wear or not wear one.
Giving 10p for one to wear or just donating £10 and not, who’s more patriotic?

Utter nonsense it’s people showing their respect and support whilst helping to raise awareness. Many charities do the same such as BHF, Marie Curie, Dementia, Cancer Research UK, MacMillan Trust and Comic Relief to name a few.
I personally wear mine in remembrance of friends and colleagues I lost.

He should be investigated and prosecuted if found to have committed any offences.
