He's too young to understand you could be a C elegans geneticist or an architect and not someone that spends weeks freezing aggregates on rare metal disks.

An entire day wasted because of Unicorn 7.1! I don't know why Cytiva needs to make the most cumbersome software. I've spoken to people at dozens of institutions who like Aktas but have hated the Unicorn install.

After seeing a talk I realize how much I miss crystallography sometimes. There's nothing like shooting a poor looking crystal and getting a beautiful array of spots back. After two years of membrane proteins I also realize how much I miss soluble proteins that can be worked with.
