I call this one “The Creation of Dave”
A parody of the painting “The Creation of Adam” using Five Night’s at Freddy’s characters. William Afton is drawn in place of Adam; he is dressed as a security guard and resting on a pile of metal wires, surrounded by the animatronic heads of Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, Golden Freddy, and Fredbear. William’s name tag says “Dave”. Springtrap is drawn in place of God. Springtrap is a yellow rabbit with purple eyes and a purple bow tie. He is surrounded by 5 ghosts and floating in front of a mass of floating purple wires in the vague shape of a brain. The background is the wall of a pizzeria with peeling, patterned wallpaper that is replaced by black and white tiles halfway down; the tiles and wallpaper are separated by a section of red tile.
