According to the best info I can find, there were either 1 or 2 deaths from measles in the US 2000-2024. (I found one report of a 2019 death) It appears the individuals were immunocompromised adults.
So far in 2025 there has been 3 deaths in unvaccinated children.
Anti-vaxers are basically murderer
