Yeah since there’s a bunch of kind control magic it can definitely take away some agency, but those are kind of a special case. Similar to madness conditions it’s like inserting a new prompt into how they role play their character.

Had some players completely ruin my plans less than 15 minutes into a session because I forgot about the mold earth cantrip. Honestly it was so funny I couldn’t be mad.
