Kristi Noem only cares about pleasing Trump, not about whether ICE is killing citizens and stopping them from getting first aid. Renee might have survived if she’d been allowed to receive help.

ICE agents also blocked a physician and pointed a gun at him when he tried to provide first aid to Renee, which could have kept her alive.
