Here's what I put after careful consideration...
Specific Guideline Feedback Are there any guidelines that you feel are overly restrictive or unclear? You need to be clear what it means to be "appropriately labeled" and to be deemed as not "glorifying harm" under section 2-C-ii. It conflicts with section 5-A-ii-a in which fictional content with minors is conflated with actual CSEM, which will lead a lot of people reading this to believe that anything you deem illegal involves fictional AND real life depictions of the act in question. Section 5-A-ii-d is a great example: "Share real or synthetic intimate images or sexual content without consent." is also unclear. Whose consent? People on the site that happen to scroll by and haven't set warnings and see something they didn't intend to see? The fictional characters that may be depicted in the image? Would this exclude this from 2-C-ii? "Depicting" and "promoting" are used interchangeably and they do not mean the same thing. When you refer to bestiality, do you also mean furry art? When you refer to non-consensual acts, are you also referring to fictional depictions involving CNC, dub-con, kink content or rape fantasies? Fictional non-con where no actual person is harmed and harm is not being glorified because it's fictional? There needs to be more clarity here. You say that you want "to create a safe and friendly space where users feel welcomed, supported, and enjoy participating", but this is going to drive a lot of people away from your site, because there is fear even when tagging correctly and nothing illegal is being committed. That is no longer a safe space. Kink and adult content in fictional form is how a lot of adults enjoy expressing themselves online, and people tag their content with warnings. You have a flagging system to help hide imagery that people don't want to see. Please consider revising this in your users' best interests. I don't want to have to leave yet another social media site because it failed me.
