I agree, she has her rights to her opinions and how she brings up her kids. I personally "subject" my daughter to Ms. Rachel. By 15 months she knew twice as many words as the average for her age and now at a little over two she speaks in full sentences and sings.

It's literally the proven way to teach and speak to babies. She's a teacher for small children. She speaks to babies and small children. It's for children and babies, not adults. Hence, *baby* voice.

I mean of course children's shows are grating and annoying to adults. You're not the target audience

It really feels like a moment where people run with a headline and attack people who have influence. As a parent, I understand why she doesn't like children's shows. I felt the same way about Ms. Rachel at first but I considered how it's not for or about me and I got over it.
