@standupmaths.bsky.social I had a minor realization while running a D&D game. Rolling 3 20s in a row is a 1 in 8000, but rolling 3 20s at the same time is a different probability because many of the outcomes are functionally the same (ex: 1,1,2 is the same as 1,2,1). How do you do the maths now?
