Recently launched a new series of our bestseller product (mystery box) and it didn't sell out because of one massive mistake.

We included a strong polarizing item within and let people choose which version they want.

One version sold out immediately, the other didn't.

The best part about today?

You can get a four-day head start on your New Year’s resolution and remind yourself that you don’t need an arbitrary date to start making your goals a reality.

Switch from saying ‘I don’t have time’ to ‘I don’t have a system.’ A good system creates more time, but trying to find more time without one is nearly impossible.

Start building systems for your 2025 goals, otherwise you “won’t have the time” to do any of them.

Easiest way to "solve your own problem" is to try and do fairly basic things (such as run an ecom shop) and think about what frustrates you.

I built 3 tiny Shopify apps that are currently for internal use only (hardcoded stuff to our store and products), but can't wait to publish them!

One of the tiny apps I've built helps us move items between our brick&mortar and warehouse (which fulfills online orders).

I still have to analyze how much revenue this added in the last 4 months (the next tool I'm building) but the products we've moved around have been selling nicely!

Over the years, I lost passion for programming, but in the last 3 months I’ve built 3 tiny apps that optimize how we run our ecommerce business. So much fun!

The most powerful one is already in the works and I’ll be sharing more soon.

I used to think I could remember all my daily tasks—big mistake.

I tried so many productivity hacks, but what ended up fixing my problem was literally on my wrist this whole time.
