Camp is high art to me. Not that "traditional" styles can't be, but that the lack of severity makes camp more accessible and enjoyable in many ways. I do also like the weighty and heavy, but attributing value only to "traditional/classical/perfect" pieces feels deeply elitist and gatekeepy.
