Fuck, thank you for saying something I've been wanting to for a long time. It's so hard to talk about bodily autonomy with folks who don't understand the ways capital and the state have already claimed ownership over our bodies.

I get that there are people who are weirdly controlling about others bodies. But for many of us, if we are expressing concern for someone’s weight loss it’s not because we’re horny for your fat! It’s because oftentimes fat people are being sold lies and being threatened with institutional violence!
