This Ophthalmosaurus #ichthyosaurus was a test crochet for designer Jenn Starbird. I had this magenta yarn in my stash - Patons Classic Wool? - and I actually love how it turned out.

Yarn is Lang Super Soxx 4ply. Pattern is my own garter ribbing using Galt Socks by Galt House of Yarn for the sizing.

This week's theme for #showmeyourknits is knitting horror stories, especially lost knits.

I knit this #StarWars hat for my partner who left it at the mall. He did go back to check lost and found with no luck. I hope whoever found it loved it.

#crochetaway wants to see #wip, so here is my crochet project that was put on hold this month while I try to finish a couple knitting projects.

Eventually, it will be a beautiful snail!
An in-progress amigurumi snail that is just the body. Eye stalks and feelers are made but not attached. The majority is made from a mossy green yarn with a white, dark green, and green yarn edge around the snail.

Last year, I attended an Indigenous-taught workshop to learn beading techniques and brought home the bits to make two pins.

I ran out of beading thread to finish one, but the other I wore today on my #orangeshirt because #EveryChildMatters.

Another pair of #socks done for #foFriday! These are for me so that I can fold down the cuffs and keep my ankles warm this fall.

Made by me using the House Socks pattern by Galt House of Yarn - I just ribbed the whole ankle. Yarn is Pro Lana Fjord Socks.
