I've been on an NHS waiting list 3y (with another 5+y to wait for 1st appt), full social transition almost 3 years...
Not just trans kids affected, pretty much every trans person in the UK that wanted a GRC is.

Exactly the same here. I had managers and other colleagues emailing me to check how I was after the SC ruling, and they put out an all staff notice of support a day after.
I've also been offered counselling.
