Should step down, the 8 that voted for what the party and the country opposes should be censured, and removed from committees. To give away the only leverage they had is an unforgivable betrayal. I hope their constituents remember their weakness!

I'm in NB, so I can't speak to how he is governing, but I remember he drew a very distinct line through the CPC and the Provincial PC Party. It was so bad that Jenny Byrne threatened him.

Actually, Tim Houston of NS told the CPC during the election that the provincial PC party is not the same as the national one. I think Tim is closer to the center than the CPC, and he wants people to be sure they know the difference!

Higgs got worse over time. Once he had the majority, he started going further right. He made his own bed, so we gave him time to lie in it. He didn't expect to lose, and he certainly didn't expect to lose his seat. He believed his conservative riding would back him, but they didn't buy his brand!

Slowly, Holt wasn't counting on Trump when she won the electio,n so there have been some necessary changes to her agenda, but she is making steps forward!

Yeah, we kicked Blaine Higgs out while he and Chris Austin were trying to pull NB to the far right, so we have Liberal Susan Holt now. With any luck, that crazy right conservatism will be voted out provincially for years to come in NB!
