Yes! 🙌 There are many coping mechanisms that we use, sometimes without realizing that we are using these strategies based on trauma responses. One of these examples is fear of communicating, and another example that ties into this is avoiding conflict.

I recently finished reading 'Thirteen Reasons Why'
This was a well-written book that addresses critical issues like bullying, sexual assault, and suicide. Despite my hesitation from my own high school experiences, I am glad I read the book and thankful that I am here today.

Yes another AC post; I always wanted to share these so hopefully one day these ideas could happen.
So, we have seen a lot of Assassins Creed games so far being in different areas of the world, but has there been an AC in Australia? Mexico? Scotland?
