Sketching new ideas. Getting back to my Destreza art, too, but I needed something more experimental to do in the in-between moments. Probably end up doing a series of these.

Gallo Pinto, the name used in Nicaragua and Costa Rica for fried rice and beans. This is the backbone of the traditional diet of both countries and is sometimes eaten three meals per day. This is the most comforting of comfort foods for me. One day I'll make it as well as mi abuelita did. Maybe.
